I, Stephen Selmah Wilfred, am a passionate professional committed to excellence and impactful leadership. My journey began with a strong foundation in education, which has paved the way for a fulfilling career spanning over a decade.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and management principles. This was the springboard for my professional endeavors, where I cultivated a strong work ethic and strategic mindset.

Pursuing advanced knowledge and specialized expertise, I obtained a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from UNICAF University. This degree equipped me with the skills to navigate the complexities of the healthcare sector, ensuring efficiency, quality care delivery, and organizational sustainability.

Recognizing the increasing importance of logistics and supply chain management in both corporate and development sectors, I pursued and successfully earned an MBA in Logistics and Procurement Management from Starz University. This qualification allowed me to master procurement strategies, streamline supply chains, and implement cost-effective solutions that drive results.

I serve as the Founder and Executive Director of Bush Cat Associates, a dynamic organization based in Liberia dedicated to fostering development and addressing critical community needs. I aim to drive sustainable change through this organization by implementing innovative projects, building partnerships, and empowering local communities.

Dr. Eugene Wickett completed his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University in March 2024. His dissertation research developed statistical methods for detecting the supply-chain locations driving poor-quality pharmaceuticals. This research was funded by the NSF and completed in partnership with United States Pharmacopeia, a global leader in establishing quality standards for medical products.
Dr. Wickett has a passion for aiding the development of sustainable, impactful work and teaching the skills needed for effective data-driven decision-making. Prior to earning his Ph.D., he acted as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality (MEQ) Director for Partners In Health (PIH) in Liberia. This followed a stint as an MEQ Manager for PIH in Kono District, Sierra Leone, during the Ebola crisis. These positions involved developing new data collection systems, tying program and health data to metrics and decision-making, managing and supporting local technical staff, completing donor reports, and aligning programs with the goals of the Ministry of Health–all for programs promoting the health of hundreds of thousands. Prior to his work at PIH, Dr. Wickett proudly served as a Peace Corps physics and math teacher for hundreds of students at a high school in upcountry Liberia.

I am Guankeyi Chuchu Guanbei, born to Mr. Nyah Medea Guanbei and Ms. Marthalyn Kou Bolo in Tappita City, Nimba County. I graduated from the University of Liberia with a BA in Demography and a Minor in Economics, and I am currently pursuing advanced studies at the University of Liberia’s Graduate School in the Regional Science Department.
With over a decade of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Project Management for Development, I have a proven track record of leading dynamic teams and guiding organizations toward data-driven decisions. My expertise spans the development of M&E systems and project plans, donor reporting, conducting program research, and managing extensive quantitative and qualitative data in both INGO and government sectors.
I have successfully implemented projects funded by the EU, USAID, the World Bank, Irish Aid, and other major donors. My skills extend to capacity building, effective verbal and written communication, and fostering partnerships across local, organizational, and national levels with governments, program communities, and various stakeholders.
